Joe Molvik and a former partner purchased the business from the original owner, John Freeman. The business continued doing stamping, machine work, truck beds, trailers, stainless and aluminum fabrication and some building industry fabricating. |
| 1978 |
The company completed its first major project, which consisted of stairs and rails for a large apartment complex in Richland, WA. Since that time, many small and large stair projects have been completed from hospitals to high rise buildings; including an airplane hangar. |
| 1979 |
Business was renamed to Tri-City Fabricating |
| 1984 |
Joined forces with Joe Shearer in the Pasco, WA facility producing Structural Steel, Ornamental Iron, and Steel Stairways. |
| 1988 |
Purchased current property in Kennewick, and began construction of our main building in 1989. |
| 1994 |
Tri-City Fabricating, Inc. was formed by Joe Molvik and Joe Shearer and continues to complete major construction and high rise projects. |
| 2007 |
Joe Molvik acquires sole ownership of company. |
